一个关于一位年轻小伙与三位伙伴创业背后的故事 包,是中国传统食品之一,可包裹着不同陷料,是一种饱腹感很强的主食。 好吃咖啡店创始人王文杰(出生于1990年),对于餐饮业有着异于常人的热 血以及进取心。在2014年,在外打拼的他,决定带着在烘焙工作学习到烘 焙经验以及餐饮业的知识义无反顾地回到了他的故乡(根地咬)。因为他明 白比起当一个平平无奇的打工族,他更有兴趣经营一家属于自己的店铺。 并在根地咬开创了第一家店铺名为好吃咖啡店。生意起步时,他以5种款 包子来推广他的业务,其中抱括(叉烧,猪肉,豆沙,花生,及梅菜 包)。

 经历几年的风风雨雨,于(2018年)时,在家人和朋友支持下,他决定将 业务广展到沙巴首府哥打基纳巴卢(亚庇)。在这途中并不是像预期里的 一帆风顺,但因为可能这年轻的小伙拼着努力的精神,感动了上天,就让 他结识了三位忠诚忠意的合作伙伴。在叶先生,沈先生,余先生,以及在 他身后一直给予他不间断支持,鼓励及包容他的挚爱妻子马美萍女士。在 他们共同努力及付出下,在四人一拼努力合作之下就把所有当时面对的著 多困难与问题都一一的解决了,所谓“分甘共苦,甘苦与共,胆肝相照,齐 心协力,万众一心”

在今年2020年的目标,以恒决心致力推广到整个沙巴市场,以更接近当初 所设的愿景,那就是提供传统的优质食品,且让消费者都可负担得起的价 格,并为当地社会提供更多的就业机会。现今,他不仅专注于每天生产3千量 的数格来供应每日堂食与外卖者。但是,他更注重向外部潜在经销商提供 更多产品。在此,管理层公司也正式设立且开始运作以让推展业务工作能 达到更有效率并持续良好的运作程序,向往更美好的发展前程。

Our Story

A Story About a Young Guy and Three Partners

Pau is one of the traditional Chinese foods. It can be wrapped with different ingredients and is a staple food with a strong feeling of fullness. Heng Wen Jie, the founder of Ho Ciak Kopitiam (born in 1990), has a different passion blood and aggressiveness for the catering industry. In 2014, after working hard outside, he decided to take the baking works experience and the knowledge of the catering industry that he possess with had returned to his own hometown (Keningau). Because of him is more interested in running a shop of his own than being an ordinary blue collar worker and opened the first shop called Ho Ciak Kopitiam in Keningau. When the business started, he used 5 types of Pau to promote his business, including (Cha Siew, Pork, Red Bean, Peanut, and Moi Choi Pau).

 After several years of ups and downs, in (2018), with the support of family and friends, he decided to expanded his business to Kota Kinabalu, the Capital City of Sabah. It’s not as expected on the way it’s smooth sailing, but because maybe this young guy has worked hard and moved by God, let he met three loyal partners, namely: Mr. Yap, Mr. Sim, Mr. Yee and in behind him has been giving him uninterrupted support, encouragement and tolerance from his beloved wife, Mah Mei Peng. They worked hard and worked together, and under the four of them worked hard and cooperated, all the obstacles they faced at that time with many difficulties and problems have been solved one by one. So-called: “Sharing the joys and the bitterness, sharing the joys and sorrows together, and work together, in one mind”
